Built to meet you where you are.
When I burned out, I had to piece together my own way back. There was no guide and no roadmap. I don't think anyone should have to do it that way. If you want the full story, it’s here.
These programs are the resources I wish I'd had. Each one draws on the same foundation as my private coaching.
At the center of it all is the SEED™ framework, built on three ideas that shape how I approach burnout:
Stress lives in the body, so relief has to start there.
Burnout is often a signal that you're in the middle of a deeper transition.
For women, burnout is part of a larger journey and close to inevitable, especially at midlife.
The programs below let you work with these ideas on your own schedule. Pick the one that meets you where you are right now.
Settle + Exhale
Two programs to interrupt the cycle and get your footing back.
A guided journal and companion video series for working through the small and large stressors that build up in a demanding career. Learn a simple three-step process (Document, Categorize, Act) and the Clearing Matrix, a framework for identifying exactly what's draining you so you can respond with the right move. Eight short videos plus a 30-page workbook.
A comprehensive video and workbook program for women in law and other demanding professions who are ready to understand what's actually happening in their bodies under chronic stress, and start healing it. Learn the physiology of burnout and primary drivers, build a personalized nervous system regulation toolkit, and walk away with a real plan for recovery.

Embrace + Dawn
For when burnout is pointing at something bigger than the job.
Built on William Bridges' Transition Model, this program helps you make sense of the ending, the in-between, and the new beginning of major life or career changes. This video series guides you through mapping your own transition, so what feels like a personal crisis starts to look like a natural, navigable process.

Built on Maureen Murdock's Heroine's Journey framework. Understand why high-achieving women so often hit a wall of exhaustion and disconnection after doing everything "right." Learn to see that collapse as a necessary stage on the way to real wholeness, not a personal failure.

Want more support?
Each of these four programs work as a self-guided path. For many women, that's exactly what they need.
If you'd rather not do this alone, Guided Coaching gives you all four programs, plus live support as you work through it.
Continuing Legal Education
Earn CLE credit while you work through it with two self-study programs designed to meet CLE content and format standards for Ethics and Diversity & Inclusion credit. Most states allow attorneys to self-apply for credit on qualifying self-study programs. Check your state bar's specific rules before purchasing, since self-study eligibility (and ethics-specific requirements) vary by jurisdiction.
An Ethics CLE course that traces the neurobiology of burnout directly into Model Rules violations and firm-level supervisory liability for billable-hour structures that make those violations predictable.

A Diversity & Inclusion CLE course on the structural, gender-specific pressures that drive disproportionate burnout and attrition among women attorneys.
