My Approach
I practice Whole Person Coaching — a holistic multi-modality coaching method integrating physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social elements to support deep, lasting personal transformation.
As a as a burnout coach, I combine corporate legal experience with somatic practice, whole person coaching, and the archetypal lens of the Heroine's Journey into my signature SEED™ framework, helping other high-achieving women heal from chronic stress and build a career, life and sense of self that finally belong to them.
The SEED™ Framework
Every Private Coaching and Guided Coaching engagement moves through the SEED framework — Settle, Exhale, Embrace, Dawn — at your pace. Nothing here is rushed, and nothing is performed.
The SEED framework integrates both proven and emerging practices from coaching, psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, and more through the archetypal lens of The Heroine's Journey by Maureen Murdock. Not because your story is mythology, but because your journey has a shape, and knowing the shape makes it survivable.
But the order matters, and here’s why: you can't think clearly about your career, your identity, or any big decision from inside a nervous system stuck in survival mode.
You have to tend the soil before you can expect anything new to take root.
So we don't start with mindset or your next move. We start with something more elemental.
Settle
We start with what chronic stress has actually done to your body: the exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix, the tension you've stopped noticing, the nervous system that never fully powers down. This isn't another wellness routine you white-knuckle through for three weeks and quietly abandon. It's real, sustainable regulation; the soil work, done first, before anything visible changes.
Embrace
By now, you're ready to get honest about what you actually want, need, and value. You'll have the energy to reconnect with yourself — your spirit, your creativity, your voice — and the courage to make choices and sacrifices that are finally in alignment. This is where the roots start reaching toward what they actually need to thrive, not just what keeps them alive.
Exhale
Once your body can hold the work, we excavate what’s driving the burnout using tools like The Clearing Journal™. Seeing that clearly tends to bring rage and grief with it, for the years, the relationships, the version of yourself you set aside to keep going. Both are allowed here. Then you start releasing what's not yours to carry, clearing what's choked the roots, one exhale at a time.
Dawn
Dawn isn’t a finish line to cross. It’s what arrives naturally once the rest of the work has been done. It’s the moment everything you've been tending underground finally breaks the surface and starts to flourish. Not the self that got you this far, replaced. Not a stranger, either. Both / and, integrated. Who you've always been, finally and fully in the light.
Which path is right for you?
Private Coaching is for women who want dedicated, one-on-one guidance through the work, someone alongside you at every step. Guided Coaching is for women who are comfortable doing the reflective work independently, and want real, live support when they need it, not built into every step.
Both paths move through the same SEED framework.
The difference is how much of the journey we walk together.
Private Coaching
How it works
Private Coaching moves through the SEED framework at whatever pace your situation requires. There's no fixed curriculum. Some sessions stay on one thread for months, if that's what the moment needs. Others shift as soon as something resolves. The framework holds the shape of the work behind the scenes. In the room, together, you set the direction.
What's included
Two 50-minute coaching sessions/month.
Customized Journey Map, homework, practices, tools, and recommendations.
Full access to The Clearing Journal.
Async support between sessions — for what can't wait until next time.
One 15-minute SOS call/month as needed.
A note on confidentiality
This isn't a room you have to perform in. Nothing said here reaches your firm, your partners, or anyone in your professional life, ever. For a lot of women, this is the first place they've said any of it out loud. That alone tends to change what becomes possible.

Guided Coaching
How it works
Guided Coaching moves through the SEED framework as a self-paced curriculum — structured, but on your timeline. Some women need six weeks inside Settle before they're ready for Exhale. Others move faster. The framework sets the order. You set the timing.
What's included
A self-paced curriculum structured around the SEED framework.
The Clearing Journal, used at your own pace throughout the program.
Weekly live open coaching calls.
Option to add on individual 1:1 sessions when you want dedicated time.
A note on the live calls
These are open-enrollment calls, not a small private cohort. Drop in when you can. Ask a question, get coached live, or just listen. No pressure to be on camera or use your name. You may be in the room with other women at different stages of the journey. Hearing someone else get coached on something they've been carrying alone is half the value.
Guided Coaching launches next year.

Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, processing trauma, and treating clinical mental health conditions. Coaching is forward-looking—we start where you are today to help you cultivate self-regulation, gain clarity on your values, and make intentional moves toward a sustainable future.

Each 1:1 session is a confidential, judgment free space designed around where you actually are that day. I will ask a lot of questions designed to help you self-discover. We’ll check in on your nervous system, reflect on your current progress through the SEED framework, unpack any active friction or questions, and identify grounded next steps to support you between sessions.

Beyond any sessions, plan for about 1 to 2 hours per week for integration work like using The Clearing Journal, practicing regulation tools, or completing journey reflections. The goal isn't to add another heavy item to your to-do list, but to give you space to integrate what we discuss.
-
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. Life and busy schedules happen—you can easily reschedule or adjust your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice through the online booking link.
-
We'll discuss this together during our initial consultation call. Generally, Private Coaching is best if you want personalized, 1:1 holding space and dedicated accountability. Guided Coaching works well if you prefer working through material independently and joining group calls when you need targeted feedback.
