Hi, I’m Helen.
For over two decades, I lived the reality of a successful legal career in private practice and the corporate world.
From the outside, I had it all—a great resume, a beautiful family, and the outward markers of achievement. But beneath the surface, the chronic, severe stress of 60+ hour weeks, toxic environments, and working vacations was taking an undeniable physical toll.
The turning point came during a conversation with my husband, when the raw truth slipped out: "I’m going to be dead in five years if I stay on this path." My body was screaming through chronic fatigue, heart palpitations, an enlarged thyroid, and other health issues. I felt buried alive by a culture that respects burnout and treats humans like productivity machines.
That wake-up call sparked an act of rebellion: choosing to reclaim my inherent dignity and protect my health.
Now, I'm on a mission to help other professionals break the cycle of burnout and reclaim their lives.
I know firsthand how crushing those career pressures can be, and how deeply they affect the body and mind. That's why I focus on a whole-person, body-led approach—to help you shake off that chronic stress and finally build a way of living and working that actually feels sustainable.
My Approach
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Body
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
Heart
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
Spirit

Mind
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
