You didn’t work this hard to feel this way.
You're a woman in law. You are capable, driven, and used to handling hard things.
But lately, everything feels heavier. Harder. Impossible to sustain.
You've started dreading going to work – the meetings, the calls, the messages – but can't turn it off.
That dread isn't weakness. It's information.
Heal what chronic stress has actually done to your whole body, instead of just pushing through.
Release what was never yours to carry, instead of holding the weight of a system built to break you.
Gain real clarity about who you are now, and what comes next, instead of staying stuck in dread.
This might feel familiar.
It's not just stress. It's dread. The kind that starts creeping in on Sunday afternoon, hours before Monday actually arrives.
You wake up and reach for your phone before your feet hit the floor. Slack. Email. Something already waiting.
By 10 a.m. you're hit with a wall of exhaustion that has nothing to do with how much sleep you got. Your jaw is tight. Your neck aches. You've had a headache for three days and stopped noticing.
You're short with people who don't deserve it — a colleague's reasonable question, your kid's tenth ask of the evening. You hear yourself and don't recognize the voice.
You keep showing up. You keep handling it. Because that's who you've always been — the one who works harder, digs deeper, doesn't drop the ball. But it's taking everything you have, and there's less of you left every week to give.
You think, “I can't keep doing this.” And then, just as fast: “I can't stop.”
You haven't said most of this out loud. Not to your partner, not to your closest friend. Certainly not to your colleagues. Because if you say it, it becomes real. And you're not sure anyone would understand it anyway, including the people who love you most.
You've tried the things you're supposed to try. Yoga. Meditation. Exercise. A vacation you were still half-working through.
Nothing has really changed.
And underneath all of it, the question you can't shake:
Is this it?
Because if this is what all your hard work was for... you're not even sure you want this life anymore.
The dread lifts. Sunday afternoon starts to feel like Sunday afternoon again and not the countdown to Monday.
You wake up feeling rested and peaceful. Your mornings flow with ease, not chaos.
The 10 a.m. wall lifts. You have energy that doesn't disappear the second you open your laptop.
The tension in your jaw and neck eases. You stop treating “the headache” as just part of your week.
You get your patience back with your colleagues and the people at home who matter most.
You know what your next step actually is, and you trust yourself enough to take it. No more spinning.
A career that fits the life you actually want to be living — not one you feel trapped inside.
You can say the real thing out loud without it costing you.
Confidence in the decisions you're making, even the uncomfortable ones. Steady. Grounded.
And through all of it... you start trusting yourself again.
It doesn’t have to feel this way anymore.
Hi, I’m Helen.
I’ve been where you are.
I’ve spent over 20 years in law, in both private practice and in-house roles, and I still practice today. On paper, everything looked successful. But behind the scenes, I was burned out, exhausted, and slowly breaking down. I was working 60+ hours a week. Always on. Always available. My body was sending signals. I kept ignoring them, until it finally gave out.
The moment everything changed was when I said out loud, “I am going to be dead in five years if I keep living like this.” Because that was the truth. And I knew it wasn’t sustainable.
I was at a turning point. Keep going as I always had, or start listening to myself. I chose to listen.
From there, I began making choices aligned with what I needed and valued. Uncomfortable at times, but necessary. I started saying no to what wasn’t right for me, and yes to what was. I focused on my health. I set boundaries. I started asking bigger questions about my career and my life.
And I started to see things more clearly. It wasn’t just me. The system I had trusted was part of what was burning me out. The way we work — especially in law — rewards overextension. It normalizes exhaustion. And for women, the weight of that is even heavier.
For a long time, I thought something was wrong with me. But there wasn’t. I had been operating inside a system that was never designed to support me in the first place.
Over time, I found my way back to myself.
Now, as a burnout coach, I help women who are standing at that same point: the moment when something is no longer working, and you know you cannot keep going the way you have been.
You do not have to figure this out alone.
The Support You Need
There is nothing wrong with you. But something in your life no longer fits. You can feel it.
This is where we slow things down, understand what's actually happening in your body, your head, your heart, and your spirit. Using the SEED™ framework, built specifically for where you are, you’ll find your way back to yourself so you can move forward with clarity.
-
This is personalized, confidential coaching built around where you actually are, not where a program expects you to be. Together, we look directly at what's no longer sustainable, what you've been quietly tolerating, and what it would take to actually change it. From there, the work moves through a clear arc: settling your nervous system, releasing what's not yours to carry, getting honest about what you actually value, and building a life that reflects it. What you're buying is not advice, but the clarity and courage to make decisions that are actually yours.
What's included
Two 50-minute coaching sessions/month
Customized Journey Map, homework, practices, tools, and recommendations
Full access to The Clearing Journal
Async support between sessions for what can't wait until next time
One 15-minute SOS call/month as needed
-
This is flexible, self-paced coaching for women who want real structure without a program dictating their pace. You'll move through the same arc as private coaching entirely on your own timeline. Each week, you can drop into a live coaching call, completely anonymous if you want, and get real support without ever being the center of attention. What you're buying is proof, every week, that you're not carrying this alone, plus a structure flexible enough to actually fit your life instead of asking you to fit it.
What's included
A self-paced curriculum structured around the SEED framework.
The Clearing Journal, used at your own pace throughout the program.
Weekly live open coaching calls.
Option to add on individual 1:1 sessions when you want dedicated time.
What Happens Next
We start with a real conversation.
Where you are, what isn't working,
what you need right now.
You'll leave with more clarity than you came in with.
1. We Talk
Things start to make sense.
You understand what's been happening,
and you begin listening to yourself again.
You get clear on what matters to you —
and on the decisions in front of you.
2. Clarity Comes
You're no longer spinning or
second-guessing yourself.
You trust the decisions you're making.
You feel more like yourself than ever before and your life starts to reflect that.
3. Change Follows
I know how hard this feels.
There comes a point, quietly or all at once, when the life you’ve built no longer fits the person you’re becoming. A turning point that asks you to start listening.
This is not failure.
It is growth. It is part of change.
You are allowed to want something different and to move toward a life that actually fits you.
You do not need to burn your life down to move forward. But you cannot keep ignoring the cost of staying where you are.
I’m here when you’re ready.
